The DigitalOS Method · No big-bang rollouts · No blind commitments

Prove it in one place. Then scale what works.

We don't ask you to bet the business on a plan. We find where revenue and hours are leaking, fix one area on your real workload, and show you the numbers. Everything after that is earned by what the first win proved.

  • One area at a time
  • Measured from day one
  • You own what we build

01 · The frame

Why we start with one area, not a transformation

Most AI and automation projects are sold the same way: a big plan, a long timeline, a stack of tools and an invoice that assumes it all works. Then the plan meets a business that's already running at full speed, and the rollout stalls halfway.

A busy business can't absorb everything changing at once. An untested plan, however detailed, is still a guess. So we don't sell one.

What we don't do

Software and a login

Handing your team new tools and hoping they adopt them. It adds one more thing to learn on top of a full workload, and nobody owns whether it pays off.

What we do

Build it, run it, report the number

We build the system on the tools you already run, operate it with you, and report what it returned on one scorecard. Your team gets hours back instead of another login.

A single measured result is worth more than the most detailed plan. Every result earns the next step.

02 · The sequence

Four moves, in order, decided with you

Every engagement follows the same four moves. You decide each step with us, and you never commit to more than you've already seen work.

01

Find the leaks

It starts with a working session, not a sales presentation. We walk through how your business actually runs, from the first inquiry to the collected dollar, and find where revenue, hours and attention are draining away. The biggest leaks are rarely where owners expect them.

You get: an outside view of where your business is losing money and time, ranked by size.

02

Choose the first win

We pick one area, and we pick it carefully, because the whole engagement rests on this decision. The right first win happens every day, sits close to the money, can be measured from day one, and is safe to get wrong. Not the flashiest problem. The one that proves the most with the least risk.

You get: one clearly defined area, a baseline, and the number we'll be judged on.

03

Build it and prove it

We build the system for that one area on the tools you already run, with guardrails and human approval points in place, then run it against your real workload. We measure what changed: revenue recovered, hours returned, response times, errors avoided.

You get: real numbers from your own business before anything else changes.

04

Expand what works

Then we take the same approach to the next area, and the next. Each result funds and de-risks the one after it, until your business runs on systems instead of heroics and keeps running when you step back.

You get: a business that compounds its wins instead of restarting every project.

Inside every build: each win is engineered to the same standard as all DigitalOS work: governance before launch, testing against real scenarios, two-person sign-off on every change, and one scorecard tied to dollars and hours. See the AGENT Method →

03 · Scope

It runs along your whole revenue path

Every business moves money through the same five layers. Most vendors own one or two of them. Nobody owns the handoffs between them, and the handoffs are where customers fall out. We work across all five, starting wherever the leak is worst.

LayerWhat it coversWhat a first win here often looks like
DemandSearch, AI visibility, ads, referrals and every other source of new inquiriesGetting named when buyers ask AI assistants who to call
ConversionWebsite, landing pages, calls, chat, forms and textsEvery call answered, day or night
IntakeQualification, scheduling, screening, forms and data captureInquiries booked and documented without staff re-keying
OperationsYour system of record and everything that writes to itHandoffs between teams that no longer depend on memory
Revenue intelligenceAttribution, conversion by stage, lost opportunitiesOne dashboard showing which sources become paying customers

We rarely touch all five at once. That's the point.

Your data stays yours

We work inside your systems with access limited to what each build needs. Consent is recorded before any automated call or text. Business associate agreements are signed wherever health information is involved. We store the least data the work requires, and everything we build, including the data, belongs to you. 04 · A worked example

What a first win can look like

Illustrative example. This shows how the method works; it is not a client result.

The businessA three-doctor dental practice with a busy front desk. The team is good, but the phones ring while they're checking patients in, and after 5 p.m. every call goes to voicemail.
Find the leaksThe session turns up three leaks: missed and after-hours calls, last-minute cancellations that leave chairs empty, and a long list of patients who haven't been seen in over a year.
Choose the first winMissed calls. They happen every day, each one is a potential new patient, the phone system already records them so there's a baseline from day one, and the risk is low because the front desk confirms every booking.
Build it and prove itA 24/7 AI receptionist answers overflow and after-hours calls in English or Spanish, books into the practice's own schedule, texts a confirmation and logs every call. It never replaces the front desk; it catches what they can't get to.
What gets measuredAnswer rate, calls answered after hours, appointments booked from calls that used to go to voicemail, and the production value of those appointments.
Expand what worksWith the phones proven, the same approach moves to cancellation recovery, then to reactivating patients who've lapsed.
  1. Step 1Working session
  2. Step 2First win chosen
  3. Step 3Proven on real calls
  4. Step 4Next area begins

05 · Case files

Different industries. The same underlying fix.

Dental offices, law firms, nonprofits and contractors look nothing alike from the outside. Underneath, the problem is almost always the same: systems that don't talk to each other, people doing by hand what a machine should handle, and nobody owning the handoffs between them. Read these files as a pattern, not a highlight reel.

Our house rules for every number on this site

  • Clients are anonymous by default. We name a client only with their written consent. The industry and the work are real either way.
  • Results only with a signed release. A client result appears here only when the client has approved the real numbers.
  • Benchmarks carry a source and date. Industry figures are labeled as industry figures, never passed off as ours.
  • Examples are labeled as examples. Illustrations show how the work goes. They are never presented as results or forecasts.

File 01 · Healthcare · Dental

The phones that rang into voicemail

The problem
Calls went unanswered during busy hours and after close, empty chairs from late cancellations went unfilled, and lapsed patients were never contacted.
What we built
A full AI front office: 24/7 voice reception with live booking, cancellation and no-show recovery with automatic waitlist backfill, review requests to every patient, and reactivation campaigns, connected to the practice management system with health-data safeguards in place.
What we measure
Answer rate, after-hours bookings, chairs refilled, reactivated patients and the production value of each.
Stage
Designed, built and operated as a managed service

File 02 · Legal services

The intake that leaked between first call and signed client

The problem
Time-sensitive inquiries waited, intake details were captured inconsistently, and prospects who didn't sign on the first call never heard from the firm again.
What we built
An AI intake and recovery system: qualification that never gives legal advice, structured matter capture, escalation for urgent inquiries, and follow-up for every unconverted intake.
What we measure
Response time, intake completion, consultations booked and the conversion of follow-ups into retained clients.
Stage
Designed and documented as a managed engagement

File 03 · Multi-population voice

One phone line, two very different callers

The problem
A single number served two distinct groups of callers who needed different answers, different rules and different escalation paths.
What we built
A dual-mode voice agent with independent logic for each caller group, separate escalation rules, and a shared number for voice and text, documented to a versioned engineering specification.
What we measure
Correct routing by caller type, escalations handled, and calls resolved without a transfer.
Stage
Designed and specified

File 04 · Nonprofit · Case management

Participant records spread across spreadsheets

The problem
Participant tracking and reporting depended on manual work across disconnected files.
What we built
A custom case management platform with role-based access, participant tracking and reporting, scoped with a full cost model and a phased build plan in response to a formal request for proposals.
What we measure
Time spent on reporting, data completeness and the speed of answering a funder's question.
Stage
Architected and proposed

File 05 · Construction · Public procurement

Bid opportunities found too late, or not at all

The problem
Regional public contracts were discovered by hand, often after the best window had closed.
What we built
An AI-powered contract discovery and bid platform: automated opportunity matching, bid qualification logic and certification-based opportunity surfacing.
What we measure
Qualified opportunities surfaced, time from posting to decision, and bids submitted.
Stage
Architected and proposed

File 06 · Multi-location services

Owners and operators looking at different numbers

The problem
Clients and the internal team had no shared view of account health, onboarding progress or what the automations were actually doing.
What we built
A two-part platform: a branded client portal with tiered role access, and an internal command center with account health scoring, onboarding tracking and automation logs, with data strictly separated between clients.
What we measure
Onboarding time, issues caught before the client noticed, and accounts flagged at risk early.
Stage
Architected for a phased build

Where the results go

When a client signs a release, their real numbers go here, in full. Until then, we'd rather show you exactly what we built than publish a number we can't stand behind.

06 · Start

How an engagement starts

Start small

Every engagement begins with one area of your business, scoped and agreed before any work begins.

Founder-led

Dr. Jorge Raziel leads every engagement personally. Senior engineers build, and no change goes live on a single signature.

Expand on evidence

Each next step is decided together, based on what the last one measurably returned. No long commitments to work you haven't seen.

What we won't do

  • We won't sell you a plan you have to take on faith. Every step is proven before the next one starts.
  • We won't guarantee a revenue figure before we've seen your data. We'll set a baseline with you, measure from day one and report every month.
  • We won't take commissions, rebates or referral fees from any vendor. Every recommendation is made for your business alone.
  • We won't build AI to replace your people. We build it to catch the work your team can't get to.
  • We won't lock you in. The systems, the data and the documentation are yours.

Questions owners ask us

Why not fix everything at once?

Because a running business can't absorb everything changing at once, and an untested plan is a guess. Proving one area first means you see real results before you commit to more.

How do you choose the first win?

We look for work that happens every day, sits close to revenue, can be measured from day one and is safe to get wrong. The goal is the clearest proof with the least risk, not the most impressive project.

What if the first win doesn't work?

Then you've risked one area, not your business. We find out why, adjust or stop, and you keep everything we built and learned.

Do we have to change our software?

No. We build on the systems you already run. Where there's a real gap, we'll recommend options, and since we take no vendor fees, the recommendation is made for you alone.

Who does the work?

Dr. Jorge Raziel leads every engagement. A senior engineering team builds it, and a second reviewer signs off on every change before it goes live.

Will you name us as a client?

Only with your written consent. Clients are anonymous by default, and your numbers are published only if you approve them.

What does it cost?

Each first win is scoped to your business. Dr. Jorge Raziel walks through investment options on your call, once we've seen where the value is.

Find your first win.

One working session with Dr. Jorge Raziel. We'll map where your business is leaking revenue and hours, and identify the one area worth proving first. No cost. No obligation. You keep what we find.
