Our team

The executive bench a growing business could never justify hiring. Working on your side of the table.

Operators, engineers and revenue leaders who have built companies, shipped production AI and owned the number. Brought together so an established business gets a complete senior team, without the cost or delay of hiring one.

Most businesses buy growth in pieces. Nobody owns the whole.

A marketing vendor owns the leads. A software vendor owns a tool. An IT provider owns the network. Nobody owns what happens between them, and that is where revenue quietly disappears.

Large companies solve this with an executive team: a Chief Revenue Officer, a Chief Technology Officer, a head of marketing, an operations leader and counsel, all accountable to the same number. For a business between seven and eight figures, hiring that bench full time rarely makes sense. So the work falls on the owner.

DigitalOS brings those seats together. Every member of this team has built, run or scaled a real business. When you work with us, the people on this page are the people doing the work.

Leadership

Four partners who have spent their careers building companies, not advising from the sidelines. Every seat a growing company needs, already filled.

Dr. Jorge Raziel, DBA

Founder & Principal

Revenueowns the number, the strategy and the relationship

Turns the demand a business already has into revenue it can measure.

Founder & Principal of DigitalOS. A structural engineer turned operator who has built, run and advised ventures for more than 15 years, and who owns the revenue number on every engagement.

Full profile

Dr. Jorge Raziel leads DigitalOS and every client relationship it holds. He works directly with owners and executive teams to find where revenue leaks between marketing, conversion, intake, operations and follow-up, then designs the strategy, AI systems and operating model that close those gaps.

He began his career as a structural engineer and still thinks like one: structure, systems, leverage, constraints and the few decisions that matter most. Over the past 15 years he has helped build multiple seven-figure companies, led go-to-market and operations for ventures serving customers in more than 50 countries, and served on the executive team of a network of 10,000 business owners that generated more than $26 million in sales.

Through his work in organizational training and advisory, he has designed and delivered programs for the U.S. Marine Corps, the Department of the Navy, the Department of Homeland Security and Kaiser Permanente. His doctoral research examined what moves first-generation entrepreneurs from aspiration to action.

Rene Banuelos

Partner, Chief Technology & AI Officer

Technology & AIdecides what AI to build first, and what to ignore

Twenty-five years automating businesses, and building the teams that run them.

An engineer and operator who has been automating businesses since 2000. He rebuilds how professional-service firms run with AI and global teams, one measurable win at a time.

Full profile

Rene Banuelos leads technology and AI strategy. He started programming at 14, and at 18 he was writing software that automated the work of RF engineers optimizing wireless networks. Telecom and defense engineering followed, including distributed systems work at BAE Systems.

Since then he has built and run businesses across seven industries, along with the teams behind them. He built a company's technology department from zero to 26 people across development, IT and data. He moved roughly 10,000 hours of a CPA firm's back-office work to a team he recruited in Mexico. He delivered an integration a founder had been told for years was impossible because no API existed.

His discipline is consistent: find the place a business loses the most time and money, fix it, prove the result on real numbers, then carry that pattern into the next workflow. Nothing ships without a human sign-off.

Selected experience

  • Founder, Business Renaissance: fractional CTO and Chief AI Officer for accounting, legal, insurance, real estate and advisory firms
  • Fractional CTO for a remote-staffing company since 2021, building its technology department from zero to 26 people
  • Relocated roughly 10,000 hours of U.S. back-office work for a CPA firm to a team he recruited in Guadalajara
  • Founder, 22Social: close to one million registrations and 350,000+ leads for its users, built by a team of four with no outside funding; first to embed live streaming inside a Facebook Fan Page, as confirmed by Forbes and Entrepreneur
  • Software engineer at BAE Systems and Leap Wireless

Partner, Demand & AI Visibility

Demand & AI Visibilitygets you found, named and chosen

Gets businesses named inside AI answers, then builds the systems that handle the enquiries.

Full profile

Simon Young leads demand generation and AI visibility. He has worked on the internet since its commercial beginnings, building websites in the 1990s and becoming fascinated with how machines decide what to recommend. He was publishing on answer engine optimization in October 2019, more than three years before ChatGPT existed.

Over 30 years he has led marketing from both sides of the table: founding and running marketing firms, and serving as marketing director and interim group marketing director for established UK companies. He has advised brands including Red Bull, BMW, Rolex and Hard Rock Cafe, and built a customer feedback and sentiment system adopted across 650 restaurant and bar venues.

A qualified accountant, he measures marketing the way a CFO would: in leads, meetings and closed revenue, not vanity metrics.

Johann Nogueira, PhD

Partner, AI Transformation & Leadership

AI Transformationputs AI to work across every department, from the boardroom down

Helps leaders use AI to build more capable teams, stronger systems and more human businesses.

Entrepreneur for more than 20 years and PhD scientist who acquired eight companies to build a lead-generation platform used by more than 2,500 digital marketing firms, then sold it. He now helps CEOs and leadership teams turn AI into real operating capability.

Full profile

Johann Nogueira leads AI transformation and leadership enablement. Where most AI work stops at a single workflow, his focus is the whole company: AI agents and co-pilots deployed department by department across sales, marketing, HR, finance and operations, with the leadership, skills and governance that make them stick.

His entrepreneurial journey began in 2004 while he was completing a PhD at the University of Melbourne, when software he listed online sold 20 times in one night. That moment taught him the power of systems and leverage. Since then he has built businesses across e-commerce, advertising, digital services, building-management software and AI. He founded Building Interactive, built the Business Authorities entrepreneur community, and acquired and combined eight companies to create Whitelabelsuite, a white-label lead-generation platform used by more than 2,500 digital marketing firms and sold in March 2026.

A keynote speaker to CEOs, boards and leadership teams, Johann holds a clear conviction: AI should multiply the value of every person in a business, not replace them. It should remove the repetitive work that keeps people away from customers, and strengthen the relationships that make a company hard to compete with.

Selected experience

  • Founder & CEO, Ai Tech Advisory: AI agents and leadership enablement across every department of a business
  • Built Whitelabelsuite by acquiring and combining eight companies; used by more than 2,500 digital marketing firms and sold in March 2026
